Your favourite balsamic glaze ( I use Nonna Pia’s - Classic)

Directions
FRENCH LOAF SANDWICH
Slice French loaf into 5cm slices
Layer the sandwich toppings starting with a few arugula or spinach leaves.
Then layer the Buffalo mozzarella, tomato and red onion and biltong
Top with a few pea shoot and cilantro or Italian parsley
Drizzle with balsamic glaze
