Returns and Refund Policy

Returns:

At Beef Bru we strive to provide our customers with the best quality products and service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Since we provide a perishable product all returns will be discarded. We do recognize that we are human, mistakes are made and we want every customer to be satisfied and promote our business. For those reasons we have put in place a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return if you are unhappy with it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@beefbru.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:

If your biltong arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate the refund process. We may request that you provide photographic evidence of the damage or spoilage before issuing a refund. If we determine that the product is eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original method or bank account of payment as soon as possible. Please recognize delays are often on the part of the banks we are dealing with, so please bear with us in that event.
